• What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

• Why does my item look different than pictured?

Because your item is handmade, variations in stitch tension, wool batches and filling may occur — this means all pieces behave slightly differently.

• What is each critter made of?

Each critter is handmade using soft, high-quality yarn (acrylic, polyester, or a blend). Many are filled with polyester fiber fill stuffing. All materials are chosen for softness, durability, and long-lasting squishiness.

• Are these safe for babies and small children?

Most critters are made with plastic safety eyes or small embellishments. They  are best suited for older children and adults. If you need a baby-safe version, we can custom-make one without plastic parts.

• How do I wash or clean my crochet critter?

Hand-wash is recommended for all plushies. Use cold water + mild detergent. Gently squeeze (don’t twist or wring). Reshape and lay flat to dry. Spot-cleaning works for most small messes. Avoid bleach or high heat.

• Can I order a custom critter?
  

Yes! You can request custom colors, sizes, accessories (bows, scarves, flowers), or completely new characters. Custom orders take a bit longer, but we love bringing new ideas to life.

• How long does it take to make a critter?

Depending on size and detail, 2–5 days per critter or accessory. Large or highly detailed custom pieces may take longer. Shipping timelines are listed at checkout.
